STEP 1: INITIAL CONSULTATION
We make it a point to sit with each client to understand their vision, bringing together years of experience to the table and assist in the creative processes in order to start designing your denim line.
STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR MATERIAL
Once the denim, thread, trim package and rivets are chosen, the fitting process begins. Our pattern makers work steadily towards cutting the material and perfecting that precise fit.
STEP 3: PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER
After the fitting process, the garment is sewn, while we guarantee the fit meets your specifications. After the sewing process, each jean goes through a one-of-a-kind dry finishing process that gives each unit their own unique look.
STEP 4: THE FINAL TOUCHES
Upon completion of the dry finish, each unit is washed, dried, trimmed, ironed and inspected for any discrepancies. If it doesn't pass our strict quality assurance guidelines, it doesn't make it to production or the marketplace.
